Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Interstellr website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Interstellr provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, SaaS platform development, AI and machine learning solutions, UI/UX design, and DevOps and cloud services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.

All project engagements are governed by a signed project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, milestones, payment terms, and timelines. Work begins only after both parties have signed the agreement and the initial milestone payment has been received.

Changes to project scope are handled through a formal change request process. Any changes that affect timeline or budget will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all custom source code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project. This includes full rights to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense the deliverables without restriction.

Pre-existing intellectual property, open-source components, and third-party libraries used in your project remain subject to their respective licences. We will clearly identify any such components in our deliverables.

Payments are structured around project milestones as defined in your project agreement, typically 30% upfront, with subsequent payments tied to key deliverables. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause work on a project if payments are more than 14 days overdue.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architecture, user data, and financial information.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement for a period of two years, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. Deliverables will materially conform to the specifications outlined in the project agreement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our website content, including project estimates and timelines, is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work and source code to you. Any work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state along with relevant documentation.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
